1. Controller

2. What data and why

We process data entered in the contact form (name, company, e-mail, phone, enquiry) solely to answer the enquiry and possibly prepare an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

3. Enquiry configurator

Data entered in the configurator is processed only in your browser. Nothing is sent until you click “Send this brief” and submit the form yourself.

4. Analytics and cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies. If Plausible analytics is enabled, it collects aggregated, anonymous visit statistics without personal identifiers or cookies. The only local record in your browser is the chosen theme (light/dark) in localStorage.

5. Recipients

Form data is transmitted via an e-mail service provider (Resend, Inc.) to our mailbox. Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). We do not sell data or pass it on for third-party marketing.

6. Retention

Correspondence is kept for the duration of handling the enquiry and up to 3 years afterwards due to possible claims, unless a contract is concluded, in which case according to accounting law.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests to the e-mail address above.
