Steel design, connections and detailing
In steel the cost sits in the connections and the tolerances. We design members and connections together, size welds instead of quoting a rule of thumb, and issue fabrication drawings that a workshop can mark out from without a phone call.
What the package includes
- Portal frames, braced frames, trusses, mezzanines, composite floors
- Connection design to EN 1993-1-8 with a proof per connection, EXC and bolt categories
- Fabrication drawings of shipping members, erection drawings, bolt and material lists
- Strengthening of existing steel and concrete structures with steel
What we need from you
- Analysis model or member schedule
- Your fabrication standard, preferred sections and bolts
- Corrosion protection and fire requirements
