Structural design packages
You keep the client, the responsibility and the signature. We deliver the engineering underneath: global and local models, member design, calculation report and general arrangement drawings, in your standard and to your national annex. The set arrives ready for a checker, not for a rework.
What the package includes
- Scheme design: structural layout, preliminary sizing, movement joints, levels, options with a cost balance
- Detailed design to EN 1990–1997 with the national annex you specify (UK, NO, SE, DK, PL)
- Global and local analysis, stability, second-order effects, fire design, cracking and deflection
- Calculation report with a proof for every member and a design decision register
- General arrangement and section drawings in your title block and layer standard
What we need from you
- Architectural model or drawings (IFC, DWG, DXF, RVT)
- Ground investigation and load brief
- Your CAD/BIM standard, title block and numbering
- National annex, consequence class and fire class

What consultancies ask before the first package
01 Who signs the design?
You do. We are your back office. We prepare the design so that your checker can sign it after a review, not after a rework, and we carry professional indemnity cover for our own work.
02 Which codes do you design to?
Eurocodes with the UK, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Polish national annexes. For ACI/AISC work we take detailing and drafting packages under your engineer of record.
