Reinforced concrete design and detailing
Concrete is where sets most often come back from site. We detail slabs, walls, columns, transfer structures and watertight basements with the schedule derived from the drawing, so the two never disagree, and with punching, cracking and cover checked instead of assumed.
What the package includes
- Formwork (GA) and reinforcement drawings for slabs, walls, beams, columns, rafts and piles caps
- Bar bending schedules to BS 8666 or the national standard you use, generated from the drawing, with BVBS/ABS export for bending machines on request
- Transfer slabs, punching with openings, watertight basements, crack width control
- Exposure classes, cover and fire cover reconciled in one table
- Precast element drawings for the precast plant
