05Timber-frame panels and cut lists
Wall, floor and roof panels generated from the architectural plan for Nordic, North American and Australian framing systems: panel drawings, piece-by-piece cut lists, material order.
Per house type after a calibration panel; per panel for programmes.
06Structural BIM and IFC coordination
Structural models from architecture, clash-free IFC, quantities and openings taken from the model, not from a box.

07Independent checking and calculation reports
Category 2 and 3 checks, second-opinion calculations, report writing that a reviewer can follow.

08Overflow capacity and dedicated engineers
