Structural BIM and IFC coordination
We turn an architectural IFC into a structural model that carries analysis, drawings and quantities from one source. Openings, penetrations and drains are taken from the model and fed into punching and detailing, not measured off a PDF.
What the package includes

- Coordination with MEP and facade, clash reports
- Openings and quantities extracted from the model
- LOD 300–400 deliverables
