Residential estate with a two-level underground car park
Several apartment buildings set at an angle to the grid of a shared car park, on a transfer slab, phased and calculated as one whole. Plus a service pavilion with a shared terrace and a curtain-wall facade.
Semi-detached house with a basement garage below groundwater
A two-unit house with a basement garage below the groundwater table. House-scale structure with engineering-project problems: uplift, watertightness, driveway levels and a movement joint between the units.
Single-family house with a concrete shear wall in a glazed facade
A house with large glazing, where a concrete deep beam works instead of a column in the window, and plans rotated against north had to be brought to one grid.
Single-storey service pavilion with a shared roof terrace
A single-storey service building of about 500 m² within a residential estate, with a roof terrace accessible to residents and a curtain-wall facade requiring an edge beam.
